Return & Refund Policy
If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our very best to find you a suitable resolution.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are returned in the same condition they were received. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We do not accept returns on custom paintings or custom fine art orders due to the personalized nature of these requests. You will receive photos of custom orders before they are shipped. Changes and additions to custom orders may be made before the item ships, please note, changes or additions custom orders may result in additional costs.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.
All items over $75 come fully insured and packaged with the utmost care for safe arrival. In the unlikely occurrence that your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to get you a suitable replacement or repair.
Once we receive your returned item, we will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within <two weeks>. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one or work out a repair with you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
